Customer Contact / Analyst Job (Lockport, NY, US)

Major Job Responsibilities

- Review customer upfront schedule changes and perform recalculations

- Create deliveries/shipments based on customer requirements

- Run daily error reports

- Plan and prepare weekly truck schedules

- Maintain internal individual customer work sheet

- SAP system data entry


Major Job Qualifications


- Personal attitude encompassing a “sense of urgency” required in analyzing and resolving difficult situations

- High level of communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong manufacturing plant focus

- Good problem solving skills

- Ability to work in focused team environment

- Ability to look beyond traditional functional boundaries to innovatively resolve problems

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet plant/production /program requirements

- Computer proficiency


- Knowledge of SAP system

- Self-starter, willing to tackle problems head-on

- Able to work with little direction

- Knowledge of Thermal operations

- Prior knowledge of Supply Chain


- Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience
